PIE is a restaurant in Lagos that serves Craft Beer, Food and Cocktails.  The reason for their name is that they have specialty Pies which we would call a 'pot pie' in the U.S.  We loved it so much we went back the next day. Get the sangria and ribs if they are available. The best ribs I have had in Portugal.
